Updates and storage
Keep one trusted installation path and enough device space
Many mobile problems come from mixed installation sources, low storage or an incomplete update rather than the account itself.
Use the same trusted source for updates
An update should come from the destination already confirmed for account access. Do not install a newer-looking file from a private message simply because its version number is higher. Compare the app name, icon, file size and any displayed version information.
Keep recovery details before replacing an app
Know the registered mobile number, password and recovery method before uninstalling an existing version. Removing an app can delete local session information even when the account remains active on the service.
Leave free storage beyond the file size
Installation and updates need temporary space in addition to the downloaded file. Low storage can cause an update to stop, an app to close, or cached game content to load incorrectly. Remove unrelated large files rather than deleting account records without a backup.
Separate service downtime from device failure
When both the installed app and mobile web access fail, the service or network may be unavailable. Reinstalling repeatedly will not fix service downtime. Wait, test another trusted connection and avoid unknown replacement files.
Check battery and data restrictions
Power-saving and background-data restrictions can interrupt loading, verification and notifications. Allow only the minimum setting needed for normal use, and return restrictive permissions when they are no longer required.
